I've been creating art my entire life but only started taking it seriously in 2017. I started posting my art online a year later! Now, I regularly post fanart of my favorite series!

- Dogs and Cats (bust shot and up only)

- Old people
- Ferals
- OC’s that don’t belong to you (need to see permission from owner of OC to do)
- Anything hateful or offensive/makes me uncomfortable

A. Payment due upfront
B. Deposits are non refundable unless I will be completely unable to finish your commission or have not started on commission yet (so please be sure you want to commission me!)
C. These prices are subject to change throughout time and skill buildup[Timeline]
A. You’ll receive an email or direct message within 7-10 days confirming your commission
B. Commissions are completed in the order of when commission requests were received therefore if other clients have been accepted, the wait time for completion of commission may vary but shouldn’t exceed 1 month (unless you are alerted of delays)
C. Clients will be sent the initial WIP sketch along with any progress updates requested
*Any major changes to pose/outfits/etc need to be done in sketch phase
D. Please notify me if you need a commission completed by a certain point, clients will receive confirmation or declination on if I can complete the commission by said point
E. Finished piece will be sent through email ( jpeg/png)[Communication]
A. I communicate using email, Tumblr, or Instagram
B. Response time may vary
C. For commissions both myself and the client agree to only discuss topics that are relevant to the commission, we both have the right to decline any other topics of conversation[Client Expectations]
A. It is the clients responsibility to provide the correct email address/account to receive the artwork
B. I retain the copyright to any artwork created for clients commissions
C. I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason without explanation
D. After payment has been received you acknowledge that the commission is digital and no psychical goods will be shipped for you to receive
E. Your commission might be posted on the various Cola.lu.u/Colaluu accounts, if you want your commission to be private then let me know
F. I reserve the right to display commissions in my portfolios, social media, and websites (if not a private commission)
G. Clients will provide me clear requirements upfront including reference photos of character(s), backgrounds, textures you want used, color palettes, lighting, etc
H. Clients have permission to display and post the artwork on social medias as long as Cola.lu.u/Colaluu is tagged and/or identifiedCurrent commissions are for personal use ONLY[Restrictions]
A. During the period of a commission, the various Cola.lu.u/Colaluu accounts may still be posting content
B. I will not create content that is inappropriate, explicit, or offensive
C. Restrictions to commissions include mecha, old people, extreme gore, and ferals
D. Editing finished and/or work in progress commissions is prohibited unless you have gotten approval from me
E. Rejected versions of commissions may be used for other projects if it doesn’t infringe on a clients likeness, character design, branding, identity, intellectual property, etc
F. This commission can not be used to enter any competitions online or offline
G. Using commissions for NFT usage or AI/Machine learning is FORBIDDEN[Confidentiality]
A. We acknowledge that any sensitive materials provided (personal information, payment information, etc) will not be visible to the public and is considered confidential information that will not be disclosed to any other party without prior written permission from the owner of said confidential informationYou agree that you are at least 18 years of age and legally able to agree to these TOS or have a legal guardian to make this agreement on your behalfIt is not necessary for a client to have signed any document for these terms to applyBy commissioning me you agree to these terms of service
